- Friday, January 2, 2026 – EC will notify members on final list of nominees.
- Monday, January 12, 2026 – EC along with Secretary of BOT will mail ballots out.
- Saturday, January 31, 2026 – Deadline for receiving ballots (5:00 PM).
- Saturday, January 31, 2026 – Ballots to be counted by EC.

To be a candidate, a person has to be an ICNEF member in good standing for at least the past two years.
To vote, a person has to be an ICNEF member in good standing for at least one year.
